TAD Gallery presents The Swimmer, a new solo exhibition by Kenneth Blom.
The exhibition is inspired by the cult film The Swimmer (1968) starring Burt Lancaster – a symbolic journey through life, memories and decay. Blom translates the film’s existential themes into a visual language where time, space and consciousness flow over each other.
Blom’s paintings unite architectural structures and human figures in spaces characterized by silence, tension and melancholy. The Swimmer presents new works that continue his exploration of space, movement and psychological landscape – where individuals balance between control and dissolution, between the inner and the outer.
